the rules

Asking is allowed. Incentivising is not.

That single distinction is the whole of it. Marketplaces do not object to a seller asking a buyer what they thought — they object to the review being bought. Merita only ever does the first, which is why it stays inside the rules on every operator it runs on.

Nobody running it has had a warning or a suspension.

nothing offered

No discount, no voucher, no free product

Incentivising a review is the line every marketplace draws. We never cross it, so there is nothing to find.

own channel

Sent inside the Mirakl thread

The same channel you already message buyers in. Not a private email, not a third-party tool the marketplace cannot see.

once

One message per order, ever

No sequence, no reminder, no second ask. Normal volume, at a pace indistinguishable from writing by hand.

excluded

Complaints and returns never asked

An order with a refund, an open return or a complaint against it is filtered out before anything sends.

01 — the gap

You ship the orders. The reviews never show up.

It isn’t a demand problem. People are buying. Nobody is asking them afterwards, and the marketplace won’t do it for you.

01

Mirakl has no button for this

You go looking in the seller dashboard for a way to ask for reviews. There isn't one. Nothing to switch on.

02

Dispatched is not delivered

The marketplace tells you an order left the warehouse. It never tells you it arrived, so you never know when to ask.

03

Asking by hand quietly dies

You tried it once, or a colleague did. Slow, awkward timing, and it stopped within a week.

04

Every unasked order is gone

A buyer who isn't asked in the first weeks never comes back to review. That order is spent.

Same product · two sellers

Two sellers, one differenceTwo listings for the same product. Price and delivery are identical. The review count is the only line that differs, and it is the line the buyer decides on.your listinga rivalpricesamesamedeliverysamesamereviews1312the only line that differsthe buyer picks this one

Same product, same price, same delivery. The buyer picks the one other people have vouched for. Right now that is not you.

02 — how it works

Four steps. Then it runs on its own.

We build it, connect it to your store and hand it over. It runs on your own instance, under your credentials, and the code stays yours.

01api

Reads your orders

Straight from the Mirakl API, every day, with no work on your side.

02carrier

Confirms real delivery

Against the carrier's own tracking. Not the dispatch note, the doorstep.

03+7d

Waits seven days

Long enough that the buyer has opened it, used it and formed an opinion.

04×1

Asks, once

One clean message in the Mirakl thread, with a link that opens on the review form.

Nothing is offered in return and no review is incentivised, so you stay inside the marketplace rules. An order with a complaint or a return open goes on your exclusion list and is never asked.

03 — proof

One supplements seller was stuck.

Plenty of sales. Almost no product reviews. Listings that looked abandoned next to rivals selling the very same thing.

We switched it on. Reviews started arriving from orders they had already shipped, weeks earlier.

264 reviews a year you would not have had.

05 — Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else, write to me directly. You’ll get me, not a form.

Yes. Nothing is offered in return for a review, and no review is ever incentivised. It is one polite, well-timed message asking the buyer for their honest opinion, sent in the channel you already use.

No. Nobody using it has had a warning or a suspension. Nothing is incentivised, the message goes through the marketplace's own messaging channel at normal volume, and it reads exactly like a message you would write by hand. Orders with a complaint or a return open are excluded automatically.

Month to month, no lock-in and no notice period. You cancel with a message and it stops at the end of that month. There is nothing to sign to start the free two weeks, and no card is taken up front.

Yes. The reviews sit on your listings and belong to your shop, so they stay exactly where they are. Nothing is removed if you stop, including everything collected during the free two weeks.

Yes. It works at any volume. Fewer orders simply means fewer asks, and each one still lands at the right moment. Most sellers see the first new reviews within days of going live.

We send the buyer a link that opens the product page directly on its review section, so the review form is right there instead of buried. No hunting through the page.

We check the carrier's own tracking, not the marketplace status. Mirakl tells you an order was dispatched, which is not the same as delivered. We wait for the real delivery, then wait several more days so the buyer has actually tried the product.

Nothing. We build it, connect it to your store and run it live on your real orders for two weeks, free. After that it is a flat monthly fee based on your order volume, with every marketplace you sell on included. You only pay if you decide to keep it.

Third-party sellers on Mirakl-powered marketplaces such as Shop-Apotheke, Zooplus, Carrefour and several hundred others, who have steady orders but very few product reviews on their listings.
